Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using OneKey ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use OneKey.

These Terms apply to all users of OneKey, including both free trial users and OneKey Pro license holders.

Free Trial

OneKey grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OneKey for evaluation purposes for a period of 7 days from first installation.

OneKey Pro License

Upon purchase of a OneKey Pro license, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OneKey Pro, subject to these Terms:

• You may install and use OneKey on multiple devices that you personally own and control
• You may not share your license key with others
• Commercial use is permitted for individual users and small teams (up to 5 users)
• Enterprise licenses are available for larger organizations

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble OneKey
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer OneKey to third parties
• Use OneKey for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent license validation or activation mechanisms
• Use OneKey to create competing voice recognition software
• Share your license key or allow others to use your license

Payment

OneKey Pro licenses are available for a one-time payment of $20. Payment processing is handled by our payment partner, Polar.sh.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with OneKey Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team.

• Refunds must be requested within 7 days of original purchase date
• Refund requests must include your original purchase email and license key
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• After receiving a refund, your license will be deactivated

Your privacy is important to us. OneKey is designed with privacy by default:

• Voice processing occurs locally on your device
• No voice recordings are transmitted to our servers without your explicit consent
• Optional cloud features require separate opt-in
• We collect minimal analytics data to improve the product

OneKey requires:

• macOS 14.6 (Sonoma) or later
• Apple Silicon Mac (M1, M2, M3, or newer)
• At least 50MB of available storage space
• Microphone access permissions
• Internet connection for license activation and optional cloud features

We do not guarantee compatibility with future operating system versions, though we strive to maintain compatibility through regular updates.

Software Updates

OneKey Pro includes lifetime updates. We regularly release updates that may include:

• New features and improvements
• Bug fixes and performance optimizations
• Security updates
• Compatibility updates for new macOS versions

Technical Support

OneKey Pro users receive priority technical support. We provide support through:

• Email support with response within 24 hours
• Comprehensive documentation and user guides
• Community forums and knowledge base

OneKey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that OneKey will meet your specific requirements
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of voice transcription

While we strive for high accuracy, voice recognition technology is not perfect and results may vary based on factors such as audio quality, background noise, accent, and speaking clarity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneKey and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of OneKey, including:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages from transcription errors or inaccuracies
• Damages from software malfunctions or compatibility issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your OneKey Pro license.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your use of OneKey at any time by uninstalling the software.

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use OneKey immediately ceases
• You must uninstall OneKey from all devices
• No refund will be provided for license termination due to Terms violations

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on our website
• Update the "Last updated" date
• Notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification

Your continued use of OneKey after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
